Integrating Technology with HR

The growing use of technology in Human Resources

is an exciting thing.  It seems that being able to show volumes of data in an easy to read, clear and concise format is helping HR professionals to show the “C” suite exactly what it is that HR brings to the table.  Being able to show a correlation between performance and company revenue/profit is another aspect of how technology is working for HR.  I just returned from SHRM in New Orleans and the buzz on the Marketplace floor and in the Sessions was about technology and the place it is finding in helping our profession…Exciting place to be!
