I have been amazed over the past few weeks at how many people are buzzing about the move to electronic, web based performance management tools.
Some of the comments from clients and other HR professionals has been around whether to use the same review you will be using for emplyees as their self evals...this concept serves as a way for the employee to score themselves and for managers to be able to do mid-year checks with employees on where they are compared to what they will be evaluated on.
How many already use this approach? Thoughts on doing this?
